The DPF regeneration control method of a mild hybrid vehicle according to the present invention includes: a PM collection amount checking step of checking a PM collection amount of a DPF before DPF regeneration; a battery SOC target reduction step of reducing the SOC of a battery by reducing a battery SOC target according to the PM collection amount of the DPF; and a motor power generation and DPF regeneration step of performing DPF regeneration while performing motor power generation by raising the battery SOC target when the DPF regeneration is necessary.
