Disclosed are a customized surgical guide for the mandibular chin and a manufacturing method, a recording medium, and a manufacturing apparatus thereof. According to one embodiment of the present invention, a method for manufacturing a customized surgical guide for the mandibular chin, which cuts the mandibular chin at a proper position and fixes the same at a correct position during mandibular chin surgery of cutting or migrating an end of the mandibular chin, comprises: a) an image file generation step of generating a three-dimensional (3D) image file of the skull of a patient; b) a surgical simulation step of using the 3D image file of the skull to perform a surgical simulation of virtually cutting and removing a mandibular chin portion corresponding to a surgical portion or migrating the cut mandibular chin portion to a desired position; c) a mandibular chin surgical guide shape generation step of generating the shape of a mandibular chin surgical guide including a mandibular chin binding part and a fixing wafer after the surgical simulation; and d) a mandibular chin surgical guide manufacturing step of using shape data of the generated mandibular chin surgical guide to manufacture a mandibular chin surgical guide. Accordingly, the mandibular chin surgical guide is manufactured based on 3D skull and tooth images of a patient, thereby securing accuracy and reliability in mandibular chin surgery.
