The present invention relates to a danger sign fastening device and a method for indirectly fastening a danger sign to a power line by using the same and, more particularly, to a danger sign fastening device and a method for indirectly fastening a danger sign to a power line by using the same that allow prevention of a worker′s electric shock accident by means of indirect danger sign fastening to a power line. The danger sign fastening device for danger sign fastening to a power line includes: a base plate; a first grip portion fixed to the front surface of the base plate and gripping the danger sign; a first shaft connection portion fixed to the rear surface of the base plate; a first shaft coupled to the first shaft connection portion and extending downward from the base plate; a lifting bar coupled to the first shaft and lifted in step with the lifting operation of the first shaft; a detachable portion coupled to the lifting bar, disposed on the upper end portion of the base plate, and lifted and moved in step with the lifting operation of the lifting bar; and a guide portion coupled to the detachable portion. In addition, the detachable portion includes a locking portion positioned in front of the base plate and the guide portion is fixed to the locking portion and positioned in front of the base plate.
