Disclosed are a memo management method for an academy, to process a memo for lecture management and bus-boarding management in real-time, and a memo management system suitable therefor. According to the present invention, the memo management method for the academy comprises the following processes of: when a memo input menu is selected from an academy management application installed in any one from a student terminal, a parent terminal, a lecturer terminal, a driver terminal, and a manager terminal, displaying a memo input screen on the corresponding terminal and receiving information about a student, who is a target of the memo, a time schedule of a lecture to which the memo is transferred, and transferred content through the memo input screen; allowing the terminal receiving the memo to transmit the memo inputted to a control server through the academy management application; allowing the control server to register the received memo in a memo database and set an alarm time in accordance with the time schedule of the fixed lecture; and allowing the control server to make an alarm message including the transferred content from the memo database at the set alarm time to transmit the alarm message to the driver, lecturer, and manager terminals.
