The present invention relates to a stimulus-responsive structure having a nano/micro-pattern. In the stimulus-responsive structure, a stimulus-responsive part and fine cilia are formed through a single process. Thus, it is possible to manufacture the stimulus-responsive structure with ease. It is also possible to ensure both a stimulus-responsive function with which the structure responses to stimuli and is transformed into a three-dimensional shape and an adhesive function derived from the fine cilia. In addition, the stimulus-responsive structure has a UV curing degree controlled variably depending on position or depth so that a stimulus-responsive part and stimulus-non-responsive part may be formed separately. Thus, it is not required to add a separate process for forming a stimulus-responsive part so that the stimulus-responsive structure may be easily obtained.
