Scanning Method and System of Fractured Pottery for Use of Virtual Reassembly

A scanning system for a ceramic fragment is provided. According to the present invention, the scanning system for the ceramic fragment comprises: a fragment image acquiring unit which photographs a plurality of ceramic fragments located on a flat portion to generate a ceramic fragment image; a fragment classification unit for classifying the plurality of ceramic fragments of the ceramic fragment image using an image segmentation method; and a fragment characteristic extraction unit which extracts at least one of normal vector information and curvature information of each of the ceramic fragments by using depth information of the ceramic fragment image, and extracts fracture line information of each of the ceramic fragments.
