The present invention provides: an analytic method comprising a step of, for providing information necessary for a diagnosis of alcohol use disorders, (i) measuring the expression level of a gene coding a JNK or p-JNK protein in a subject sample, or (ii) measuring, in the subject sample, the expression level of the gene coding the JNK or p-JNK protein and the expression level of a gene coding an Elk-1 protein, or (iii) measuring the expression level of genes coding JNK, p-JNK, and Elk-1 proteins respectively in the subject sample; and a kit for diagnosing alcohol use disorders, used in the analytic method.
