According to the present invention, a transmission control protocol (TCP) retransmission control method omits unnecessary retransmissions by combining an omitted TCP retransmission technology which checks at least one of RRC connection, LCD status, and electric field strength, in a TCP retransmission control technology in which a receiver recombines received packets to restore original data when a sender divides the data into the packets and transmits it, the receiver transmits an acknowledgment (ACK) signal to the sender and notifies that all packets for the corresponding data are successfully received when each packet has been received, and the sender retransmits the packets until the ACK signal is received from the receiver if the ACK signal has not been received. According to the configuration of the present invention, unnecessary power consumption can be greatly reduced.
