A gas purification device with a self-purification function of the present invention comprises: a body unit having an accommodation space formed therein, and having an inlet through which pollutants are introduced and an outlet which is formed at a position spaced apart from the inlet by a predetermined distance; a dust collection module provided adjacent to the inlet formed in the body unit, and configured to collect the pollutants; a filter unit provided on a lower end of the dust collection module; a water tank provided adjacent to the outlet formed in the body unit, provided on a lower end of the filter unit, and configured to accommodate microorganisms therein; a transfer line configured to transfer untreated micropollutants which are not filtered by the filter unit to the water tank; an injection module provided on an upper end of the water tank to sink the untreated micropollutants introduced to the water tank through the transfer line, and configured to inject a treated fluid of a gas state or a liquid state to the water tank; and a circulation line configured to connect the water tank and the injection module in order to retransfer the treated fluid collected in the water tank to the injection module.
