The present invention a security service system using an IoT-based smart door lock which implements a smart door lock by adding video shooting and remote control functions, easily identifies the identity of an external visitor at a remote location, and remotely controls a smart door lock, thereby improving the security. A security service system using an IoT-based smart door lock according to the present invention includes a smart door lock that automatically transmits abnormality detection information to a user smartphone through an emergency alarm function and at the same time, generates an alarm sound when an abnormality condition including damage to a door lock is detected, wherein the smart door lock transmits a connection signal to the smartphone when a doorbell is pressed, transmits a captured image to the smartphone, and performs a locking or unlocking function of a locking unit according to a remote control command of the smartphone; a security server that downloads a door lock control application to the smartphone and transmits an emergency alarm function or a doorbell call signal transmitted from the smart door lock to the smartphone; and the smartphone that is connected to the smart door lock to receive and display the captured image, generates the locking control signal according to a user′s operation, and transmits the locking control signal to the smart door lock to remotely control the smart door lock when the emergency alarm function or doorbell call signal arrives.
