The present invention relates to a method of purifying multi-water sources based on FO/RO, comprising: a first blending step of transferring multi-source water having TDS of high concentration to a first blending tank and primarily blending the transferred multi-source water; a first filtering step of primarily filtering the multi-source water blended through the first blending step in a first UF tank; a first buffering step of adjusting a flow rate of the multi-source water while primarily accommodating the multi-source water primarily filtered through the first filtering step in a first buffering tank; an SWRO treatment step of purifying the multi-source water buffered through the first buffering step through an SWRO unit; and a transfer and storage step for transferring treated water which has passed the SWRO treatment step to a storage water tank and transferring concentrated water to an FO unit.
