A wind generator capable of constantly generating low speed wind to verify performance of an anemometer, according to the present invention, can confirm whether the anemometer can accurately measure a speed of the low speed wind. The wind generator comprises: a direct current fan (10) receiving a current from a voltmeter (40) and rotating blades to generate wind; a pipe (20) transferring the wind generated from the direct current fan (10) to be emitted to the outside; and a voltage adjuster (30) adjusting a voltage of the voltmeter (40), wherein at least one net (50) can be disposed at the middle of the pipe (20) in order to generate uniform wind.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
