A method for providing and managing environmental mileage in small businesses in the future of the present invention is executed through an operation server capable of communicating with a server of an environmental mileage providing institution. The method extracts environmental mileage policy information by collecting and analyzing information posted on a server of the environmental mileage providing institution; extracts qualification information and submission information and links and stores the same in a designated storage medium; reads the environmental mileage policy information to maintain environmental mileage policy information being effectively provided or to erase or inactivate environmental mileage policy information being discontinued to be provided; based on the qualification information and the submission information, determines input items of a small business and stores or maintains the same in the designated storage medium; when a small business terminal is being accessed, checks input information and stores the same in link with identification information of the small business; selects variable information from the input information, and calculates probability of a possible future target of the small business using the variable information and fixed information; detects the environmental mileage policy information in which the probability of the possible future target belongs to a reference probability range; provides a corresponding policy list and detailed policy information to the small business terminal to store the same in like with the identification information of the small business; and, at a future time, configures detailed information for inducing the small business to belong to the environment mileage providing target of an environmental mileage policy and provides the same to the small business terminal.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
