The present invention relates to a rope laying means in underground pipelines and a method of laying underground pipelines which not only can reduce working time, working man-hour, and necessary expenses in laying the underground pipelines, but also reduce a manufacturing cost of a corrugated pipe used in the underground pipelines. The rope laying means in underground pipelines is provided at an end of the corrugated pipe exposed to one side of a manhole, and includes a connector unit for connecting an air compressor to supply compressed air into the underground pipe. A moving means comprises: a main body unit having a cylindrical shape; a connecting unit extended from one side surface of the main body unit; and a rope connecting member provided at an end of the connecting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
