The purpose of the present invention is to provide a manual transmission capable of freely selecting a plurality of gearshift ratios with the operation of a 1-freedom degree gear lever by more simplifying the structure of an existing transmission used for the power delivery of an electric vehicle or the like. According to the present invention, the transmission creating an N-gearshift ratio with a 1-freedom degree gear lever includes one shaft connector on each of N output shafts to place all the N shaft connectors on one single plane. The 1-freedom degree gear lever is rotated around one pivot, and pushes a specific shaft connector at a specific angle to operate the shaft connector. According to the present invention, the transmission can be created as a complete manual transmission or automated manual transmission. In order to create the complete manual transmission, a simple sensor for sensing a position where the 1-freedom degree gear lever is rotated is required.
