The present invention relates to a two-photon fluorescent probe for detection of hydrogen polysulfide, and to a quantitative imaging method of hydrogen sulfide in vivo using the same. Quantitative detection and imaging of hydrogen polysulfide in cells and tissues is possible by providing a novel compound capable of selectively detecting hydrogen polysulfide or a pharmaceutically acceptable salt thereof, thereby being usefully used in the diagnosis and prognosis of Parkinson′s disease.
