The present invention relates to a punching device for an oil filter distribution case for heavy equipment which simultaneously punches and forms holes on a distribution case of an oil filter for filtering engine oil of heavy equipment in four directions to maintain the concentricity of the distribution case and allow punched holes to be punched at precise straightness. The punching device for an oil filter distribution case for heavy equipment comprises: a lower mold (L) which installs a quadrisected collet attachment (10) with a collet punch hole (11) formed at the center thereof to insert a distribution case (I), and installs a punch stripper (22, 22′) for hole punching with a two-step punch (21, 21′) for hole punching mounted on the front end thereof in four directions of the outer circumference of the collet attachment (10) on a stripper housing (20, 20′) by a spring (S, S′) to move forwards and backwards; and an upper mold (U) which installs a collet punch shaft (30) with a collet punch (31) formed on the lower end of the center thereof, and installs a stripper punch (40, 40′) in four directions of the outside of the collet punch shaft (30) to correspond to the punch stripper (22, 22′) for hole punching.
