The present invention provides a paper cup carrier capable of safely receiving different sizes of cups. The paper cup carrier includes: a lower surface part where at least one insertion hole into which a cup can be inserted is formed; a plurality of wing parts extending from the circumference of the insertion hole toward the center and spaced apparat from each other; two side parts extending from two opposite ends of the lower surface part and including at least one development portion surrounded by a perforation line; and two handle parts that extend from the top of the two side parts and can be joined to each other. When the cup is inserted into the insertion hole from the top to the bottom of the lower surface part, the wing parts are folded in the insertion direction of the cup while coming in contact with the cup.
