The present invention relates to a smart helmet and, more specifically, to a smart rescue helmet integrated with a thermal camera for detecting a victim, in which the thermal camera is mounted on a protection helmet worn by a rescue worker, a fireman, and the like in a disaster site such as a fire to analyze thermal energy radiated from a surface of a subject to determine a victim in a situation that the fireman cannot find or recognize the victim, such that the victim can be quickly rescued. To this end, according to the present invention, the smart rescue helmet having the thermal camera installed thereon comprises: an image analysis unit analyzing temperature distribution in an image captured by the thermal camera to determine whether the subject is a person or not; an alarm generation unit generating an alarm signal when the image analysis unit determines the subject as a person; a rescue requesting unit generating and transmitting a rescue signal including location information to the outside the image analysis unit determines the subject as a person; and a rescue feedback unit receiving a feedback signal from the outside corresponding to the rescue signal transmitted from the rescue requesting unit.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
