The present invention relates to an anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes, or anti-wrinkle composition including extract of Hwangok apple peel. According to the present invention, the extract of newly bred Hwangok apple peel has an anti-oxidative effect by inhibiting DPPH radicals, ABTS radicals and TBARs and increasing PF, and shows an effect of inhibiting inflammatory responses by inhibiting activity of hyaluronidase. In addition, the extract of newly bred Hwangok apple peel maintains a shape of elastin molecules by inhibiting activity of elastase, is effective for alleviating wrinkles by inhibiting activity of collagenase, and shows an effect of preventing diabetes mellitus by inhibiting activities of -amylase and -glucosidase enzymes. Therefore, it is expected that the extract of newly bred Hwangok apple peel according to the present invention can be used advantageously for anti-oxidation, anti-inflammation, anti-diabetes, or anti-wrinkle pharmaceutical compositions, food compositions or cosmetic compositions.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
