The present invention provides a composite decomposition additive composition having a freshness maintaining function, wherein, with respect to 100 parts by weight of the composite decomposition additive composition, the composite decomposition additive composition comprises: 10 to 15 parts by weight of coconut shells; 5 to 10 parts by weight of waste paper powder; 0.05 to 0.5 part by weight of wax; 1.0 to 2.0 parts by weight of a plasticizer; 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of an oxidation initiator; 1.0 to 5.0 parts by weight of a metal ion sa 0.01 to 1.0 parts by weight of a peroxide; 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of an organic acid; 0.5 to 2.0 parts by weight of a pyrolysis initiator; 1.0 to 5.0 parts by weight of a freshness maintaining agent; and a residual amount of a binder resin having a molecular weight of 3,000 to 5,000 Da. According to another appropriate aspect of the present invention, provided is a composite decomposition additive composition having a freshness maintaining function, wherein a freshness maintaining agent comprises: 65 to 75 wt% of a porous material; 15 to 25 wt% of a functional mineral; and 10 to 15 wt% of a natural antibacterial agent. The composite decomposition additive composition having a freshness maintaining function according to the present invention can be used for an egg packaging material or an egg storage box.
