The present invention relates to a method for promoting differentiation of dental pulp stem cells using photobiomodulation and, more specifically, to: a method for promoting differentiation of dental pulp stem cells, the method comprising a step of irradiating separated dental pulp stem cells with infrared light as a pulsed wave; a method for producing an osteocyte, the method comprising a step of irradiating separated dental pulp stem cells with infrared light as a pulsed wave; and a method for producing a dentinoblast, the method comprising a step of irradiating separated dental pulp stem cells with infrared light as a pulsed wave. According to the present invention, a photobiomodulation condition efficiently promotes osteogenic differentiation and dentin formation of dental pulp stem cells, and thus can be useful in the related industries such as dentode.
