The present invention provides a fruit tree recognition and spraying control device of a power sprayer and a method thereof. The method comprises a step of grasping whether there is a fruit tree based on an image; a step of starting to spray in an initial region where the fruit tree exists; a step of stopping spraying in a final region where the fruit tree exists; and a step of moving without spraying in a region where there is no fruit tree.
