The present invention relates to a cataract surgery simulation system for education based on virtual reality. More specifically, the present invention relates to a cataract surgery simulation system for education based on virtual reality in which a virtual cataract surgery screen is output to a display unit worn on the head of a user, and according to a cataract surgery program in which patient information is input, the user operates a surgical tool on the output virtual cataract surgery screen to perform virtual surgery.
