The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of copper-titanium nanoparticles by a hydrothermal synthesis method, copper-titanium nanoparticles by the same and antibacterial latex foam containing the same and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of copper-titanium nanoparticles by a hydrothermal synthesis method, copper-titanium nanoparticles by the same and antibacterial latex foam containing the same which use a reducing agent having a hydroxyl group to manufacture copper-titanium nanoparticles by a hydrothermal synthesis method, and manufacture antibacterial latex foam by foaming and hardening latex and the copper-titanium nanoparticles together after adding the copper-titanium nanoparticles to the latex to realize an excellent antibacterial property without UV light emission. The present invention also relates to a manufacturing method of copper-titanium nanoparticles by a hydrothermal synthesis method, copper-titanium nanoparticles by the same and antibacterial latex foam containing the same which use the copper-titanium nanoparticles to manufacture a colloid solution, and bring latex foam into contact with the colloid solution (immersion or spray) to immerse or coat the outer surface of the latex foam and the surfaces of internal pores with the colloid solution to manufacture antibacterial latex foam to realize an excellent antibacterial property without UV light emission.
