Provided is a moving packet communication method using the intelligent guessing navigation, which is a method for transmitting location information of an arbitrary object to a user terminal. The method comprises the steps of: receiving an actual location of an object to a server; estimating an estimated location of the object on the user terminal by the guessing navigation based on location information of the object most recently transmitted to the user terminal; using a location information transmission condition determination function having a location and an environment parameter of a character of the user terminal and a location and an environment parameter of the object as a variable value to determine whether to generate a packet transmitting the location information; and transmitting the location information of the object from the server to the user terminal when transmission is required by the location information transmission condition determination function.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
