The present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specifically bound to OMP28 in Brucella suis, a hybridoma cell line producing the antibody, and a use thereof. More specifically, the present invention relates to a monoclonal antibody specifically bound to OMP28 in Brucella suis, a hybridoma cell line producing the antibody, a composition and a kit for detecting Brucella suis comprising the monoclonal antibody, and a method for detecting the Brucella suis using the monoclonal antibody.
