FLAME-RETARDANT FRP PANEL COMPOSITION OBTAINED THROUGH DRAWING AND MOLDING OF COMPOSITE FIBER MATERIAL BY USING THERMOSETTING RESIN AS BINDER, AND METHOD FOR REPAIRING AND REINFORCING CONCRETE STRUCTURE USING SAME
The present invention relates to a flame-retardant FRP panel composition obtained through drawing and molding of a composite fiber material, wherein on the basis of 100 parts by weight of a thermosetting resin, the flame-retardant FRP panel composition comprises: 30 to 100 parts by weight of a curing agent; 70 to 90 parts by weight of a molded material provided through drawing and molding of a basalt fiber, an aramid fiber, a glass fiber, a carbon fiber, a metal fiber, or a mixture of at least one selected therefrom; 10 to 40 parts by weight of a filler composed of calcium carbonate, talc, alumina, or a mixture thereof; 3 to 15 parts by weight of beta-(3,4-epoxycyclohexyl)ethyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-glycidoxypropyltrimethoxysilane, gamma-aminopropyltriethoxysilane, N-beta-(aminoethyl)-gamma-aminopropyltrimethoxysilane, or at least one adhesion promoter selected therefrom; and 3 to 20 parts by weight of a flame retardant agent. According to the present invention, the flame-retardant FRP panel composition obtained through drawing and molding of a composite fiber material has improved flame retardancy, mechanical performance, durability, impact resistance, strength, and the like, and thus is strong against fire and has good molding properties.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
