The present invention relates to an indoor positioning system with a complex positioning function. The indoor positioning system with a complex positioning function includes a positioning server including: a tag to generate a wireless signal; an AP to transmit/receive a wireless signal including a flag to/from the tag; a wireless communication unit for receiving strength information of the wireless signal and transmitting/receiving time information of the wireless signal including the flag from the AP to determine a position of the tag and for receiving the transmitting/receiving time information of the wireless signal including the flat and a received signal strength (RSS) value from the AP; a first database to store a time of arrival (ToA) value measured in a lattice zone previously defined by a square having a depth and a height of 15m; a second database to store an RSS value measured in the previously defined lattice zone; and a parameter storage unit to store a delay parameter generated when wireless communication is performed between the tag and the AP. The positioning server previously defines an indoor positioning space of a ship or a building as a square having a depth and a height of 15m.
