The present invention relates to a server for providing an air traffic control monitoring service in real time to predict and prevent an accident based on history data. According to the present invention, a real-time air traffic control monitoring service providing method executed in the server comprises the following steps: receiving a channel through which a controller communicates with a pilot; receiving moving object location information, which is the location information of a moving object controlled by the pilot, from a location providing server; extracting each of a controller voice and a pilot voice from the received channel based on previously stored controller voice learning information; converting the extracted controller voice and pilot voice into text to generate each of controller text and pilot text; on a position on a digital map pointed by the moving object location information, displaying the controller text by linking with a graphic moving object moving corresponding to the moving object, the moving object location information, and a communication time of the channel or displaying the controller text by linking with transmitter location information of the controller and the communication time of the channel; on a position on the digital map pointed by the moving object location information, displaying the pilot text by linking with the graphic moving object moving corresponding to the moving object, the moving object location information, and the communication time of the channel; and, when the pilot or controller text includes a predetermined alarm keyword or satisfies a predetermined alarm condition, generating alarm information which includes a point of time when the voice including the alarm keyword or satisfying the alarm condition is transmitted/received and flight name information about the moving object.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
