Provided are a deep learning model optimization system and a method thereof. According to an exemplary embodiment of the present invention, a model structure capable of saving resources while having high performance for a target data set by optimizing the structure of a deep leaning model for the target data set without fixing the structure of the deep learning model can be generated. The deep learning model optimization system comprises a first learning part repeatedly learning a feature extraction network and a classification network using an unsupervised domain adaptation technique, a second learning part obtaining a learning result acquired when applying first, second and third models, and an optimization part adjusting the size of a selected layer in accordance with a selected model.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
