The present invention relates to a functional bio-ink composition comprising a transforming growth factor-β (TGF-β) for inducing production of cartilage, and more particularly, to a bio-ink composition comprising TGF-β which has cytocompatibility, high viscosity and elasticity for easy printing, excellent structural stability, and appropriate mechanical properties after printing, thereby having an excellent effect of inducing the production of cartilage. The bio-ink composition of the present invention shows an effect of promoting differentiation from stem cell into cartilage cell along with high visco-elasticity, strong structural stability, excellent printability, biocompatibility and appropriate mechanical properties after printing, and thus may be very valuably used in preparing tissue-like organs and treating cartilage-related diseases by using a three-dimensional bio-printing.
