The present invention relates to a sample collecting method for testing tensile strength of geosynthetic fiber, and more specifically, to a sample collecting method for testing tensile strength of geosynthetic fiber, which is to collect a sample of geosynthetic fiber fabric with a precise standard regulating the sample of the geosynthetic fiber fabric to remarkably improve the accuracy of the test of tensile strength of the geosynthetic fiber, and allow anyone to easily, conveniently collect a sample for the test on the site. The sample collecting method for testing tensile strength of geosynthetic fiber comprises: a marking process of marking by drawing a line of each of a regulation line (A) of a regulated size with 20 cm of width and 100 cm of length of the geosynthetic fiber fabric, and a cutting line (B) greater than the size of the regulation line (A) by around 1-2 cm; a cutting process of cutting the cutting line (B) marked on the geosynthetic fiber fabric by using a cutting tool such as a knife and scissors; and an unnecessary portion removing process of removing only the warp yarn (a) of fiber strand of the rest part except the regulation line (A) on the end in a longitudinal direction on both sides of the cut geosynthetic fiber sample (10).
