A client attrition management automation system may comprise: a data collecting unit which receives client information of a plurality of clients and client-related operation system information from a client device, and converts the client information and the operation system information into an analysis data set; a client division unit which extracts client-related information from the analysis data set, and classifies the plurality of clients into at least one attrition pattern group based on the client-related information; an attrition prediction unit which calculates the attrition risk of each of the at least one attrition pattern group from the analysis data set by using a machine learning-based classification prediction algorithm; and a personalization recommendation unit which is configured to perform a personalization recommendation for preventing attrition to a latent attrition client determined based on the attrition risk. Therefore, according to the system, a series of client attrition management processes including client division, attrition prediction and attrition prevention can be embodied with an automated service based on machine learning.
