The present invention relates to a method of manufacturing a waterborned polyurethane-acrylate silane adhesive capable of simplifying an adhesive process and a waterborned polyurethane-acrylate silane adhesive manufactured thereby, and more specifically, to a method of manufacturing a waterborned polyurethane-acrylate silane adhesive capable of simplifying an adhesive process, which is capable of realizing a one-face adhesive system of adhering a sole and an upper by applying an adhesive only to an adhesive surface of the sole without applying an adhesive to an adhesive surface of the upper, unlike a conventional double applying method of applying an adhesive to each of both an adhesive surface of a sole and an adhesive surface of an upper, and to a waterborned polyurethane-acrylate silane adhesive manufactured thereby.
