Disclosed is an apparatus for detecting presence or absence of reagent injection in a vacuum blood collection tube. The apparatus of the present invention comprises: the vacuum blood collection tube; a reagent dispenser fixed to a central part inside the vacuum blood collection tube; and optical fibers wherein lenses are inserted on both sides of an end of the reagent dispenser and fixed. The apparatus of the present invention measures an amount of the reagent dispenser which transmits light when dispensing reagents, and detects the presence or absence of reagent injection through a time difference between when the reagents are dispensed and when the reagents are not dispensed. According to the present invention, the presence or absence of the reagent injection in the vacuum blood collection tube can be easily confirmed by an automated system.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
