The present invention relates to a manufacturing method of a heat radiation adhesive, and to a heat radiation tape comprising the same and, more specifically, to a manufacturing method of a heat radiation adhesive, wherein the heat radiation adhesive comprises: an optimized heat dissipation filler; and a heat radiation adhesive layer on upper and lower parts of a metal film substrate and having high thermal conductivity by combination thereof, and the heat radiation adhesive layer is placed on the upper and lower parts of the metal film substrate, thereby improving thermal conductivity in the horizontal direction, and to a heat radiation tape comprising the same, wherein the heat radiation tape is applied to TV, mobile devices, and the like.
