The present invention relates to a preparation method for a functional bee food, and a functional bee food obtained by the preparation method. In particular, the preparation method comprises: a functional food preparation step for preparing a functional food effective in improving immunity and alleviating fatigue (S1); a pegmatite powder preparation step for preparing pegmatite powder (S2); a functional food extract extraction step for having 40 wt% of the functional food and 60 wt% of distilled water placed in a double boiler and steamed at 60-80°C to extract a functional food extract (S3); a stirring step for stirring a mixture containing 10-20 wt% of honey, 40-50 wt% of sugar, 20-30 wt% of distilled water, 10-20 wt% of the functional food extract, and 1-2 wt% of the pegmatite powder, at 30-40°C for 10 minutes (S4); and a functional bee food obtainment step for obtaining a functional bee food which is provided from mixing by the stirring (S5).
