Disclosed are an artificial intelligence based PWI-DWI mismatch lesion extraction and integrated evaluation method and a system thereof. The method includes: a first step of extracting a lesion region through AI-based learning from a DWI image among input medical images; a second step of extracting a lesion region through machine learning and histogram-based region recognition of a PWI image among medical images; and a third steep of recommending a form or a template that represents the functional role of the brain region based on artificial intelligence for the signals extracted in the first and second stages, and performing normalization for functional classification, regional classification, and characteristic classification of signals based on the recommended formats or templates.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
