The present invention relates to an artificial intelligence based computing device for providing an operation algorithm of an air conditioner. According to an embodiment of the present invention, the artificial intelligence based computing device comprises: a communication part for connection with a terminal; an operation algorithm providing module obtaining an operation algorithm based on installation space information, installation position information, performance information and usage type information of an air conditioner; and a processor controlling the communication part to transmit the obtained operation algorithm to the terminal in order to provide the obtained operation algorithm to the air conditioner.
