The present invention relates to a shellfish conchocelis culture medium, which provides nutritional components necessary for the growth of conchospore into a shellfish to solve a problem of poor adhesion of laver seed and seedling during a seedling process by generating immature conchospore during a process of cultivating laver shellfish conchocelis, and promotes the growth of conchospore by absorbing various nutrients, and to a manufacturing method thereof.
