Disclosed is a convergence building structure for agriculture and fisheries with an optical culture device for microalgae. According to the present invention, the convergence building structure for agriculture and fisheries with an optical culture device for microalgae, as a building structure composed of an indoor or outdoor land farm, comprises: a farm tank in which the upper part is open and the rest except the upper end part is buried; a plurality of pillar members which is provided at the upper end part of the farm tank; panels which are provided on the top of the pillar members to form a roof and are configured for solar power generation; and an optical culture device for microalgae which is composed of microalgae culture tubes arranged horizontally or vertically in an edge region of the farm tank to form a wall and a culture medium storage tank connected to the microalgae culture tubes and storing a culture medium circulating the microalgae culture tubes. Accordingly, the temperature can be controlled with less energy.
