The present invention relates to an emergency escape system in a high-rise building. More specifically, the present invention relates to an emergency escape system in a high-rise building, which comprises: a brake apparatus which is controlled by using centrifugal force when an emergency such as fire and earthquake occurs in a high-rise building; another brake apparatus which is controlled by using the repulsive force of magnets; and a still another brake apparatus which works in the reverse direction of the gravity of a propeller, and which allows an escapee to safely, rapidly escape by enabling the refugee to safely fall down at a certain speed in accordance with the brake apparatuses. Up until now, most of the emergency escape apparatuses or escape systems at a high floor have been only shoddy apparatuses which cannot pass through flame or fire, are just unreasonable, or require the escapee to control the falling speed, such as a system moving just upstairs or downstairs, an escaping apparatus allowing the refugee to escape on his/her own, or emergency stairs or emergency elevators.
