The present invention relates to an emergency escape system in a high-rise building. More specifically, the present invention relates to an emergency escape system in a high-rise building, which comprises: a brake apparatus which is controlled by using centrifugal force when an emergency such as fire and earthquake occurs in a high-rise building; another brake apparatus which is controlled by using the repulsive force of magnets; and a still another brake apparatus which works in the reverse direction of the gravity of a propeller, and which allows an escapee to safely, rapidly escape by enabling the refugee to safely fall down at a certain speed in accordance with the brake apparatuses. Up until now, most of the emergency escape apparatuses or escape systems at a high floor have been only shoddy apparatuses which cannot pass through flame or fire, are just unreasonable, or require the escapee to control the falling speed, such as a system moving just upstairs or downstairs, an escaping apparatus allowing the refugee to escape on his/her own, or emergency stairs or emergency elevators. The present invention is an essential invention in real life, which can control the speed without electric power, be reused, and enable the escapee to safely escape by passing through fire or flame with an escape capsule.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
