According to an embodiment of the present invention, provided is a method for estimating the SOH of a battery pack, which comprises: a battery temperature measurement step of measuring the current temperature of a battery pack; a charging time measurement step of measuring the charging time in a predetermined voltage section of the battery pack; and an SOH estimation step of estimating the SOH of the battery pack based on the measured charging time. The charging time measurement step measures a time required for charging from a minimum voltage of the predetermined voltage section to a maximum voltage of the predetermined voltage section.
