The present invention relates to a scaffold for culture and transplantation of stem cells comprising extracellular matrix components and a use thereof. The scaffold according to the present invention modifies surfaces of microspheres with extracellular matrix protein to enable stem cells to be attached thereto such that attached and cultured stem cells provide excellent cell treatment through improvement of viability. Further, biodegradable microspheres can mix or encapsulate drugs, genetic materials, peptide, protein, etc., thereby being widely used in a cell treatment technology field using stem cells.
