A brain function knowledge base self-growth system and a method are disclosed. The brain function knowledge base self-growth method according to one embodiment includes a step of automatically constructing the brain function knowledge base using a deep learning-based reinforcement learning agent, wherein the step of automatically constructing the brain function knowledge base using the deep learning-based reinforcement learning agent may comprise the steps of: automatically collecting the knowledge related to brain function from data readable by the deep learning-based reinforcement learning agent; extracting a form capable of inferring a relationship between information collected by the deep learning-based reinforcement learning agent; and adding the deep learning-based reinforcement learning agent to the brain function knowledge base based on the form capable of inferring the relationship between the collected information.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
