The present invention provides a meal tool which provides various sounds, and a method and an application for providing a service using the same according to behavior of children and a lid of a selected meal tool. As the meal tool responsive to users behavior, the present invention includes: the lid which is connected to one side of a body unit and wherein a lid identification resistance is inserted; a head unit to which users body is in contact; and the body unit. The body unit stores lid identification information and sound effects, and the lid is connected to one side thereof and the head unit is connected to the other side thereof. In addition, the body unit checks identification information of the connected lid based on the lid identification resistance by applying power to the lid.
