The present invention relates to a nanoparticle-doped polymer dispersed liquid crystal on which oxide is deposited on a nanotube, and to a polymer dispersed liquid crystal (PDLC) display device comprising the same, wherein the polymer dispersed liquid crystal can solve a problem of the difference in refractive index between a liquid crystal and a polymer because the difference in the refractive index between a nanoparticle (polymer) and the liquid crystal is preferably adjusted, and high efficiency is exhibited even at low power when the PDLC is used in the PDLC display device.;COPYRIGHT KIPO 2020
