According to the present invention, a mounting device for measuring thermal conductivity and electrical conductivity of a carbon fiber filament specimen comprises: a base plate (10); a fixed plate unit (20) fixed to and provided on the base plate (10); a moving plate unit (30) movably disposed on the base plate (10) in one direction of the fixed plate unit (20); a power supply unit (40) connected to the fixed plate unit (20) and the moving plate unit (30); and a pair of clampers (50) disposed on the fixed plate unit (20) and the moving plate unit (30), respectively, to fix both ends of the carbon fiber filament specimen placed between the fixed plate unit (20) and the moving plate unit (30). Electrodes are fixedly disposed on the fixed plate unit (20) and the moving plate unit (30), respectively. In a state in which the carbon fiber filament specimen is disposed on the electrode to be in close contact, the carbon fiber filament specimen is pressed and fixed to the electrode through the clampers.
