The present invention relates to a fibrous alcohol sensor based on a compound of carbon materials and hydrophilic polymers and, more specifically, to a fibrous alcohol sensor, which includes: a compound fiber of the carbon materials and the hydrophilic polymers; and a water molecule contained in the compound fiber of the carbon materials and the hydrophilic polymers.
